What business automation actually costs
Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out. Here is where each service starts — and exactly what moves a project above that.

Priced by how many processes you connect
Live in 2–4 weeks
Lead follow-up, CRM, scheduling, invoicing and the connective work between your tools. £800 buys one process mapped, built and handed over properly; where you land above that depends on how many you are connecting.
- Mapping and written scope before any build
- Built in n8n, Make or Zapier — whichever costs you least to run
- Training for whoever will look after it
- Documentation and full handover
From £1,200
Priced by how much the agent handles
Live in 2–4 weeks
Answering, qualification, booking and call summaries. What it costs depends on how much the agent handles and how many systems it books into. Call minutes are billed by the underlying provider and passed through at cost — we do not mark them up.
- Voice and script signed off by you before it takes a live call
- Booking straight into your existing calendar
- Warm handover to a human on anything it should not handle
- Missed-call text-back if that is all you actually need
From £500
Priced by scope, not by page count
Typically 3–8 weeks
A landing page and a client portal are not remotely the same job. You get a fixed number after the call — and we will say if what you asked for is more than you need.
- Marketing sites, client portals, dashboards, custom applications
- Hosting set up in your accounts, not ours
- You own the code and the repository
- Built to be found: server-rendered, structured data, real sitemap
What actually moves the number.
A starting price is honest about the floor and says nothing about your job. These are the six things that decide where yours actually lands — we work through them on the call, and you get one fixed figure before committing to anything.
How many processes
One workflow costs a fraction of six. Most of the price is in the mapping and the edge cases, not the building.
How many tools have to talk
Two mainstream tools with a solid API is a small job. Seven systems, one of which is a spreadsheet only you understand, is not.
How much logic sits inside it
"Send this email" is cheap. "Send this email unless the customer already replied, and only if the job was marked complete" is where the real work is.
The state of your data
If your customer records live in three places and disagree, cleaning that up is part of the project. We will tell you on the call if it is.
For voice: what the agent handles
Answering and taking a message is a different build from qualifying, booking against live availability and writing back to your CRM.
How fast you need it
Normal timelines are already short. Compressing them costs more, and we would usually rather talk you out of it.
Ongoing support — £199/month, optional
Tweaks, optimisation and expansion as the business changes. Cancel whenever — there is no minimum term. Many clients run independently after launch, and that is a perfectly good outcome. We don't build and disappear, but we don't hold your systems hostage either.
The questions people actually ask.
Why a starting price rather than a fixed one?
Because the floor is a fact and anything beyond it depends on your business. We can tell you honestly what the smallest sensible version of each service costs; we cannot tell you what yours costs without seeing how it runs. A wider range would just be a guess with a pound sign on it. What we commit to is one fixed figure after the free call, before you spend anything, and it does not move afterwards unless you ask for something new.
What do I get at the starting price?
A real, working thing rather than a stripped-back demo — a single automation properly built and handed over, a voice agent that answers and books, a small site that does its job. Everything we build includes mapping, testing, training and documentation regardless of size, because a system nobody can maintain is not cheaper, it is just deferred. Most projects sit above the floor, and we will tell you on the call where yours is likely to land.
What is not included?
Third-party subscriptions — your CRM, your booking tool, call minutes, hosting. We set those up in your own accounts so you pay the provider directly at their price, keep control of them, and are not locked into us to keep your own systems running.
Do I have to take the monthly support?
No. Support is £199/month and genuinely optional — plenty of clients run independently after launch, which is the point of handing over documentation and training. It exists for the businesses who would rather not think about it, not as a way to make the project price look smaller.
What if it turns out I do not need what I asked for?
We tell you, on the call, before anyone has paid anything. That happens fairly often — someone asks for a voice agent when a missed-call text-back would recover most of the same revenue for a fraction of the cost. We would rather build the smaller thing that works.
Is there a payment schedule?
Yes — split across the project rather than everything up front, with the stages agreed in the written scope before work starts. No retainer, no minimum term, no automatic renewal.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Pricing is quoted in pounds, and most of the work is remote regardless of where you are. Timezone overlap is the only thing worth checking on the call.
